The Grand Ballroom

This elegant and spacious area reflects the grace and charm of past and present. The Grand Ballroom boasts a large permanent hardwood dance floor.
 

The Formal Dining Room

Adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, this room features a pristine view of the grounds and river. It may also be reserved in conjunction with the Grand Ballroom for a larger number of guests.
 

The Living Room

This room may be reserved for cocktails; with its inviting fireplace, elegant sofas and club chairs, the Living Room is a wonderful addition to any function.
 

The Mirror Room

This room features a pristine view of the grounds and river. The Mirror Room is a wonderful space to host smaller more intimate social and business gatherings.
 

The Presidents Room

This room will accommodate up to 10 guests at the stately board table with executive chairs.
 

Outdoor Wedding Ceremonies

The Louisville Boat Club's extensive grounds make for a spectacular outdoor ceremony location and also a timeless backdrop for wedding pictures. Whether it is on the LBC docks overlooking downtown Louisville or the mature wooded landscapes, the clubhouse grounds add a beautiful element to any wedding. Our professional on-site wedding coordinator will help you with all the details pertaining to your memorable event.

The Louisville Boat Club hosts events for member's family, friends and business associates based on:

• Availability of space

• Facility fees required for all sponsored events with the exception of events hosted for the Member's immediate family

• All charges will be billed to the Member's account

• Deposits are due at contract signing

Events not hosted by or sponsored by a Member of LBC are also subject to the above conditions. It is requested that guests attending a private event stay within their party area. The host is responsible for a private event and must advise attendees of the proper attire and conduct requirements in the clubhouse and sport facilities. If you have concerns, please contact our catering staff and they will provide you with a copy of the Clubs' dress code.
